I didn't. I'm just eating foods from the almost zero carbs plan. Foods which are less than 5% carbs.

Hmmm. I'd start off by continuing to eat what you've been eating, but also logging your food to see if there's anything that's having more impact than you suspected. I'd recommend not eating more than 20g (after you subtract fiber) if you want to lose weight.

If I had to make a wild guess, based on absolutely nothing, I'd go with "it's probably the dairy". Do you still do the milk in the tea?

Keto is NOT zero carbs. It is LOW carbs, just low enough to keep you in the keto zone. Anything less and your body thinks that you're starving and hoards the fat. Could your issue be that you do not have a clear diet plan?
