are you trying intermittent fasting by any chance? Not eating close to the time you go to sleep?
I'm eating a very limited range right now. I usually count calories and that works. I wanted to see if Keto worked better.

I am eating close to the time I go to sleep. I don't sleep at regular intervals but I could try the fasting again. I did for a couple of days but hunger made me miserable.
