So there is some level of disruption you will tolerate. We need to be careful when we vilify protests. I'm not saying you do this. But many cast a wide net. I can agree that the line is turning off that mic (again I disagree with the reasons and method) is the line we need.

I can only begrudgingly accept because I believe it is so much more nuanced. The campus protests are frustrating, they are a divergence from historic need for disruptive protests. I'll be surprised in 100 years if someone says I'm glad we held signs outside x bad idea.
