OK. I haven't looked into the evidence for that. I just saw him being discriminated against for saying that gender differences exist. Do you think its a false claim?

It’s been through the system and deemed rightful termination. As an insider in this industry, I can personally testify to cases that are way worse but we cannot do anything due to state laws.pic.twitter.com/mnp9Sd2PQI

You can fill entire football stadiums with cases of wrong but this isn’t one of them. How was he fired for being a white conservative man? This is hyped up nonsense imo and doesn’t address actual issues in the industry.

"Damore filed a class action lawsuit, alleging that Google was discriminating against conservative white men" doesn't entail that he's claiming he was fired for being white specifically though, right? Wasn't he fired for sharing what are considered conservative opinions on gender

I don't know but I always suspected he was already problematic as an employee and this was last straw. Just based on my own experience at places like that, if you are awesome, work well with people, you'd get fought for. He wasn't. Also, we aren't privy to all that personal info.

Probably. I certainly would be considered so.

You think he probably was someone who already had complaints against him and performance reviews that were less than stellar? And that you would be like that? (I doubt that very much.) I don't have access to his personnel file, previous reviews. I don't know. But I'm suspecting.

I don't know of any reports of other complaints or bad performance reviews. Are there any? It seems like someone would be talking about them if there were.

Why? That would be private information. And potentially considered defamatory to say publicly. Look, I'm not saying it's true. But you don't normally get to know about someone's personnel file. I don't know this guy as a coworker or employee. I'm guessing it was factor.

It's possible that he had previously mentioned that biological gender differences exist, yes. I often make the same points consistently.
