        It’s about halfway between single and double cream. Heavy cream - 35% fat. Single Cream (UK) 18%. Double Cream (UK) 48%). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cream

        I think it is, yes. Still quite liquid, but easily whipped. In fact, if whipped too vigorously or too long it becomes butter.
