Firstly, I am a big ball of snot with earache and sleep-preventing coughing. Secondly, my stomach hurts and I feel sick & tired & dizzy & achy. On the plus side, tests show I am in ketosis already which is fast. My breath probably stinks tho.

OK, I'm clearly lying & am actually touched that, despite the ludicrous amount of study final year medical students have to do, he takes time to nag & research health stuff for an unhealthy middle-aged woman in England he's never actually met. I will also ignore him completely.
