Goodbye, America. Thank you for being kind to me. (I know the blue-haired people yelling 'fuck you' don't define you.)

What are you talking about? I'm guessing NO one, young or old said an unkind word to you the whole time, yet you slander OLD people as if they routinely did? Oh that's right you're so "liberal, it almost hurts". Sad for you.

Humor has to have a degree of truth to be funny. What is the truth you're leveraging?

I don't know what you're talking about. I'm saying Americans were very kind to me apart from the protesters who yelled 'fuck you' and damaged the sound system at our event at PSU. They are known for having blue hair tho this particular vandal had purple hair.

We've got our fringe elements, to be sure, and while they may be too abundant for comfort, and extremely loud, you're right: We are many, and most of us are not that. It was so great to meet you.

They are desperately trying to define us though, and they are loud. The Stoneman-Douglas high school students are the first to give me any glimmer of hope for the future of this country.

The juxtaposition of real crisis vs manufactured crisis and really speaking truth to power vs performative righteousness is telling. Have a good trip back Helen.
