I think it’s helpful to point out that the I don’t think the fulfilling comes very often from the diaper changing and tantrum solving, rather it’s seeing how much they enjoy life and the newness that comes to life as they learn.

Yeah, I don’t think it’s right to shame your position ; on the other hand I do think that there is serious psychological benefits to the child if they have a large amount or time to interact with one of their parents. It doesn’t need to be the mother though.
