Is "takeaway" the British version of "take out"?

Is that junk food you take home?
-
It’s any food you pickup from a restaurant to eat at home. Typically it’s cheaper.

Then, yes.

Congratulations, keep up the good work. Doing good for others is nice, people often skip out on doing good for themselves.

Nice job! Helen, start with sugars & processed food. Avoid them mostly. The vast majority of what I eat requires refrigeration. Unprocessed. That alone makes a big difference regardless of caloric volume. Be distrustful! Food sellers are trying to sell, not make you healthy.
