This kind of assumes that the only way to keep women safe from sexual harassment at work is for them not to look attractive at work rather than penalising sexual harassers and stoping them from doing it.https://twitter.com/nice_hypothesis/status/961790751200833536 …

People who think safety is more important will tell women to do that, and those who think liberty is more important wont, and it seems all of us fall on the latter side which is causing this debaucle with JP

This is a preemptive step, while your step is after the incident happens. Women & men dont work together = much lesser chances of it ever happening. Your step just helps give retribution and justice AFTER the fact it happens. Hence, liberty vs safety

It stops it happening if people know that sexual harassment gets you fired.

Not to be that guy but... so should the burqa or segregation be encouraged or should women not leave the house at all, for safety?

No i value society based on liberty not safety. I want women to do what they like, as camille paglia said "let us risk being raped" which means there are trade offs! I think freedom is more important than safety

Stupid argument anyway. Women need to uglify themselves to have jobs? Workplace and sexuality are tricky, fine, but that’s not the answer.

Workplaces have changed enormously to facilitate the comfort of women. Why should women not also change for the comfort and productivity of men?

The only way to keep women safe at work, is to have a zero tolerance policy on harassment, and a record of enforcing it.

Effective but not the only way. Prevention begins at (primary) school. Regular role play could help boys & girls understand each other's #sexuality & sexual/gender disposition as they grow up. Too many people don't understand the differences now.
