I score very low on this foundation, as most liberals do, but even I have my limits. I don't want to see free bleeding, public defecation or masturbation even tho these things are perfectly natural & other animals do them all the time.

I cannot rationalise this. I could pretend it's about hygiene concerns & in evolutionary terms, it probably is. But disgust is now intuitive. It wouldn't get more acceptable if people did these things in front of me on plastic which was then disposed of safely.
