“including individual liberty, which in large, complex societies requires being secured by effective, elite-run institutions.” How does an institution protect individual liberty? Also, do you think an business whether huge or tiny should still allow the individual liberty?

If someone tries to impinge upon mine, eg, by forcing me to wear a hijab or go to church or get married, I can call upon the law to prevent them. Which liberties? They must be able to do the job. I don't agree with 'I can't serve alcohol because I am Muslim'

I agree mostly. I think the last sentence matters the context. I do think employee must do anything in their job description. IE I think consent needs to still be mutual in every business interaction including: employer & potential employee, business & customer.
