I intend to lose 10 lbs and double my exercise capacity in the next three weeks. These sort of short-term goals are very motivating! I shall keep you all informed of progress in tedious detail!
No, honestly, it works fine. I lost 120lbs with it last time. Three good meals, three snacks, much exercise. Then when the weight is gone, I only do that 5 days a week and enjoy weekends.

Did that for years. Then got ill again and lost motivation and was on meds that made me too hungry. I'm not now. Time to get back to it.
