I intend to lose 10 lbs and double my exercise capacity in the next three weeks. These sort of short-term goals are very motivating! I shall keep you all informed of progress in tedious detail!

I don't think its possible to lose that much in 3 weeks. If you do then it would be 10lbs of water.

Yes, it is. I'm very overweight. I lose 3-4lbs a week if I stick to 1200 calories.

You can't stick to eating 1200 calories per day. Its not enough for you

Oh, I can. Can make three good meals out of that. Last time meds made me fat, I did it for 9 months.

Oh i know you can lose 10lbs. But how will you ensure that it is fat you will lose and not muscle and water?

By eating 1500-2000 calories less a day than I use.

I don't think you will be active enough with this low amount of calories. More likely to be exhausted and less active and you only achieve muscle wasting. The muscle that you need to burn the fat gets wasted making the task of losing even more harder.

No, honestly, it works fine. I lost 120lbs with it last time. Three good meals, three snacks, much exercise. Then when the weight is gone, I only do that 5 days a week and enjoy weekends.

When I was in Britain, I weighed myself in a pharmacy. 11 stones. No fucking clue how big those stones are.... 😂😂😂

A Stone is 6.3636 Kg. Indeed, Stones and pebbles are very off putting for the uninitiated ;-)

Increasing exercise often builds muscle even as you burn fat. Muscle weighs more than fat. Weight loss may not occur right away, but take heart (so to speak), you will be getting fitter and healthier anyway.
