Yes, to this thread. It's very worrying. https://twitter.com/GodDoesnt/status/954425472447864832 …

James said it in his last Peterson thread, the one about the Cathy Newman interview.
-
For saying people should take control of their own lives?
-
Yes. He tries to frame Peterson's approach as some sort of sexist polemic, and implies encouraging young men's masculinity is a manipulative tactic they're too stupid to recognize. Here's the thread: https://twitter.com/GodDoesnt/status/953713104659058689?ref_src=twcamp%5Ecopy%7Ctwsrc%5Eandroid%7Ctwgr%5Ecopy%7Ctwcon%5E7090%7Ctwterm%5E3 …

I think that's an exaggeration. It's also completely different from saying someone is dangerous for telling people to take control of their own life. We both appreciated Andrew Sullivan's take on celebrating masculinity yesterday.
-
"self-actualization repackaged as personal responsibility"..."limited spheres of influence"..."starving for encouragement"..."dangerous" Not trolling; I don't know what I'm supposed to take from this besides "most of these ppl don't matter & galvanizing them will cause trouble."

True, you said worrying, which I swapped for "concern".
-
Not for saying take control of your own life!
-
No no, I never claimed that. I was just referring to your initial text in the retweet. This thread is getting confusing lol
