*sigh* I dislike this cartoon because it's used to imply we need laws where nothing about that cartoon implies we need legally defined hate speech, the "social" market to borrow a term from capitalism will determine acceptable speech. We already do this.

I think theres a fine line here. At what point does not accepting the intolerant, become itself intolerant? And then, how can we define what is "intolerant"? Is it individual or societal?
