So, if James Damore was tone-deaf to bring biological gender-differences into a discussion of diversity issues, this does not mean he was also wrong. The question is '*Is* this acceptable as part of the discussion?' I would argue that it is.

I'm not saying he is wrong! I'm using a lot of words to say I think the effects, if any, aren't as salient as having your boss grab your ass, exclude you from drinks at the bar, or wait an extra 6 months before giving you a raise

You think it's less likely that fewer women do tech because fewer women are interested in tech as amply demonstrated by massive amounts of evidence that that male bosses in tech routinely sexually abuse and discriminate against women?
