Saying something is 'tone deaf' is not an ethical argument against it. First you need to show the tone it is not hitting is one that should be hit.

I think the more salient factors in women's advancement are overt harassment and unfair pay. If you experience that every day, to suggest genetics is the reason you're not getting ahead is just really missing the mark.

Then prove this. The evidence is dubious. I am quite sure that there were many memos about this too. Many more, in fact. Can also look at biological differences which actually exist.
