Yes. It is in American South extreme Libertarianism mostly that you find people deriding rationalism and claiming that traditional knowledge is better and that knowledge is a construct of power and using Hayek as a source for this.

The core problem with stuff like this is that there is often a core of reasonableness, even wisdom, in ideas like "power constructs knowledge." Even Marxism was not COMPLETELY horrible -- it led to unions, 40hr work week, end of child labor, social security.
