No. Or a cis person. People don't have to believe other people's views on gender. Trans people don't have to believe radfems and religious conservatives and they don't have to believe in trans identity.

I'm not talking about belief, I'm talking about the act of using someone's preferred pronouns and name & avoiding misgendering them.

Forcing them to *pretend* to believe they consider someone a woman when they don't.

That's very different than actually forcing them to believe that. Also, in the US, we've had forced pretending codified into law for almost 60 years - it's called the Civil Rights Act. Racists who run businesses/are public servants are forced to pretend all races are human.
