Yes. To the extent that is relevant. A bee might see the patterns on a foxglove that we can't but we can use it to treat heart disease. It is objectively true that it does that.
There might be life somewhere with a fuller understanding of morality than us. Increase wellbeing and avoid suffering is very basic. If we get to a stage where we have achieved that, we might go further too.

Yes and a society in which conscious beings had evolved without suffering or pleasure in the sense that we know them could exist and would found its morality differently if it had one. I remember thinking this when reading about the possibility of a metal based lifeform.

Morality derives from social dynamics, which in turn stem from evolution. Sentience produced by alternate evolutionary history may have very different morality or none recognizable by humans. Since life in whatever form's endlessly nuanced, all morality may by necessity be porous
