Well, it seems I can sleep for 8 hours in every 24 and wake up refreshed and energised and headache free but only if I do this from 5AM to 1PM. This is not practical. I have a child to see off to school and doggies to walk & appointments and shit.

I'm afraid this is true for me as well: bed at 11pm, up at 2am, back to bed at 4:30am, then get up and start the day at 7am. I do this all week and become a zombie by Friday. Weekends are spent largely unconscious....
