Crap! I need to stop doing psychological tests. They always put me in a bad mood. There are other things to be good at than social skills & systems, you know? *sniff* I like to understand how people think & reason. More than how they feel or how they construct things.pic.twitter.com/4zsXOBhuEj

Now, if it had asked me if I was interested in how people put together their beliefs and ethics and arguments rather than railway tracks & motorway systems & electrical wiring & computers, I would have ticked 'strongly agree' to all those questions.

What is an interest in different theories & ideologies & how their reasoning & language work & the psychology underlying them? It's not clearly empathy or systemising. I think it is a kind of cognitive empathy which relies on an understanding of different systems of thought.

Would you say there is a missing component to these tests (mental systems, f.ex.) or that system based thinking should include mental systems?

I'm inclined to think the latter but I do not know nearly enough about these psychological categories to have an opinion worth anything.

When you do a test it tests you for what the test is designed - it doesn't discriminate you and it doesn't mean to hurt you... Your own tweet said it quite well: it is something else - so find a test that measures what you want ;)

Yes. Many of them are predicated on false dichotomies and rather unsound assumptions.
