I could achieve this by moving out of London but this would disadvantage me quite a lot. On the other hand, some areas of London have become solely South Asian Muslim & its entirely possible never to be with anyone else at all but if you think this group privileged, you're wrong.

Those are poor areas. The better off South Asian Muslims - frequently doctors and engineers - don't live there. They live in better areas alongside a mix of people and work with a mix of people. Segregation is not a privilege.

Not to mention that wanting to arrange things so you are only among members of your own race is generally limited to ethno-nationalists & minorities who resist assimilation. Both are usually low-status and distrusted by the general population.
