Actually, exposure (and not avoidance) is a very useful way to treat anxiety. But anyway, campus can't be, and is not, a clinic.

Exactly. That is a straw man argument, no one is against having designated safe areas for victims of violence or people with autism.

The only way to make spaces truly ‘safe’ is to not allow anyone to speak to anyone else or make eye contact, just in case something is inferred from a wayward look. It’s a ridiculous notion.
