Whatever happened to the “mustn’t judge,” tolerance movement? The big knock on the church used to be that we identified sin.

Oh yes, this is just like original sin.
@GodDoesnt wrote an excellent thing about that. -
A friend of mine just did a blind survey in the USA showing our #1 value is “tolerance.” This is causing us to hyper focus on “intolerance.” It’s the “gotta stop Hitler,” syndrome.
-
So our tolerance value is actually making us intolerant. Go figure.

Q: isn't it possible that you're racist and unaware of it? my A: isn't it also possible that I'm *not* racist and *you* are unaware of it?

If you are accused of being on both ends of a spectrum then you have nuance and they are clueless.

I know nothing of your history so can't comment on those accusations. But people can be called out as being racist because it is from the perspective of the victim of racism that racism should be judged. Peace out, I need my sleep now.
-
Of course when you define someone as a victim of racism, their complaint of racism will have validity. What defines this person as a victim of racism? If you say the individual then you are just making a circular argument.
