It's not about women being "victims" it's about "the old boys club" or "boys will be boys" being unsufferable and finally calling them to account. Don't know why any woman would diminish that.

It may be "unpleasant" to you or me, but far worse to someone else. I don't expect everyone to have my reaction and I respect how others feel about it. Trying to put the onus on women to "toughen up" is essentially victim-blaming.Not everyone has the same level of inner strength

You don't have to do one or the other. You can blame people for boorish behaviour and also encourage those impacted by it to be resilient.
