No. You should say Christian terrorists when terrorism is motivated by Christianity. You wouldn't need to say 'Christian Crusaders' tho.

No, because Crusaders were people who went on crusades in the middle ages. I'm going to leave it here. I'm not up for language policing. Take offence and read objectionable meanings into things if you wish. I'm going to deal with the issues.

I disagree. While you’re correct from a logical linguistic perspective, given widespread ignorance about Islam, the use of the phrase Muslim Jihadi unnecessarily conveys and reinforces an insidious stereotype.
