Keep being accused of views I don't have. Pinning this so people thinking of following me can decide based on what I actually think.pic.twitter.com/6f75GQllnl

I read your french postmodernism article. I like how you portray your view (not that I agree with it). I came here to learn more about you and I´m really baffled by how you describe yourself. To me you sound Center or C. Right. I can´t think of you as a liberal left by any means.

Thank you! Well, I am! A life-long lefty. Centre-left tho. What have I said that sounds right-wing?

I think it might have to be a difference in what left is for northamericans/off continent europeans and some continental europeans contrary to what I think is the left (Im from Latin america). Liberal (classic or not) is impossible to mix for me with the left. To my view is...

... almost as if left ideas ar almost non existent in US-UK you just move in a line between right and center and you made out of the center ¨the left¨. But really radical left ideals are quite scarce. No leftist would critique Derrida or Foucault as you did...

...and that doesn't mean that postmodernism ideas weren't used against itself by the right wing to create globalization, but the final goal of Derrida and Foucault wasn't that. Its difficult to easily explain in twitter and in English, sorry but its not my native language.

Maybe I would Agree more with a Democratic Left term, but liberal left to me sounds as bad as meat eating vegan. There is no other way I can explain it better here.

Liberal usually means “moderate” in the US and “centrist “ in Canada. Not right wing
