Evolution doesn't have a plan, yet as a process it works, getting life to new optimum, in a changing environment. Free market economists would say the same about capitalism. I will admit I don't understand the mechanism, but evolution is intricate too

Since postmodernists are anti-scientific, do not believe in reason and believe all is relative and subjective, one would expect them to be evenly distributed across the political spectrum. So why are they all extreme leftists?

I know, in fact the anti-scientific postmodern philosophers like Foucault, Lyotard, Derrida, Rorty, were all diehard marxists. Which is inconsistent, as Marx claimed his theory was scientific. I think he coined the term 'scientific socialism'.
