I'm very rarely aware of being anxious or unhappy but when shitty things happen, my diet, sleep & organisation of my life get very chaotic and unhelpful. Also, people get yelled at randomly. Must start measuring this and also things that help.

I am surprisingly active for a round person but I think I just need to recognise when something has upset me & deal with it.
