No, humans could live with robot-farmers and among sewage. In fact, mechanized agriculture is already the norm in developed countries. Very few farmers needed. While in the 3rd world, many do live w/o sewage workers. Nobody could live, quite literally, without women having babies
Its immoral to wipe out a cultural subgroup. Its neutral for them to decide not to perpetuate themselves.

It's exactly the reverse. It can be perfectly moral to wipe out a cultural subgroup, e.g. Manson "family", while the fate of their ideology (e.g. self-destruction) is a verdict that history renders on its validity. You can think of history as an impartial metaethical judge.

It's arguable what constitutes a subculture. The Nazis were undoubtedly a culture. I don't think this is silly at all. Might be uncomfortable for you.
