Oh! First week of the diet did not go as well as planned but I managed to lose 2lbs anyway. This week will be better coz my sleep pattern is restored. Restored to its usual badness which is better than the terribleness since I returned from Aus.
Ugh! That is so annoying but it's probably water and will disappear suddenly. You can't have gained real weight if you ate fewer calories than you burned. Keep going and you'll wake up 5lbs lighter one morning.
