Helen @HPluckrose’s survey of women oppressed by postmodernist & other fashionable obscurantist orthodoxieshttp://bit.ly/2yFhBay
Causation of what? Do you want current critical theorists using postmodernist thought? Or current SocJus using current critical theory? You're not aware of Kimberlé Crenshaw drawing on PoMo & SocJus drawing on intersectionality & Critical Race Theory? Or Butler? Said?

I am not sure how I got into this thread but if you 2 could please untag me that would be great. thanks in advance and happy debating

I'm muting this conversation now anyway. I waste too much time on people who just want to be rude online and have nothing to say.
-
Helen of course you will reply and then “mute”. It’s what intellectual weaklings do best. (Sorry Christina, not sure how to untag you :( )
-
You're not really saying anything. Just being abusive and antagonistic. I get a lot of tweets. I don't need to put up with time wasters,
-
Yes I am clearly saying something and no I’m not being abusive. You’re just searching for an exit strategy.

I assume you understand what “evidence of causation” means. I see lots of examples of correlation - show causative links from, say, Lacan all the way to someone claiming “non-binary gender” status.
-
Are you familiar with Judith Butler and her influence on gender issues including non-binary identity? She draws mostly on Foucault & Derrida but also the French feminists who draw on Lacan. I can't really explain all this in tweets. You'd need to read them.
-
Oh and these are the primary influences are they? And if so how would you quantify that? And I poked fun at you AFTER you muted the conversation. Please don’t pretend it was anything other than you hiding from my replies.
