I was doing well with the diet and had lost 2lbs this week when an unexpected cheese and bacon sandwich happened.

I don't doubt it but my problem isn't not knowing about diet. It was craving a sandwich.

Ah yeah, you wouldn’t be human if you didn’t! Nothing wrong with anything every so often. Certainly when I was eating bread every day I was a lot more bloaty than I am now.
