No, that is a great thing. But how dare anyone judge others experiences and tell them how to feel or react. For various reasons, not everyone is able to do what you did.

Agreed. But allowing people to feel what they need to and not shaming them for it is certainly not encouraging people to wallow in fear and anxiety.
