Wow, I just gave a handful of papers. This is your reason for avoidance? Do people follow Dr. Soh because of her antiscientific stance. I always thought it was because she gave hand-wavy scientific legitimacy to her sexist (and cryptoracist) ideas.

Sure, I have a reason for saying that. She is actively working to remove antibias training from the workplace (by supporting Damore’s screed, devaluing Feminism, etc.). She does so against the vast literature that bias exists and this training has had social benefit.
