But we do need feminism to fight the institutional power structures that continue to keep women less than equal to men in job advancement and overall rights. There absolutely are strong women, but strong black people don’t mean institutional racism doesn’t exist.

And these are the same scientific investigations that continue to show the racial power imbalances that drive the civil rights movement. Pretending these do not exist not only hurts women, it hurts minorities, it hurts many marginalized groups.

We don't need to pretend they don't exist. We mostly do because it's white working class boys doing worst in schools and Asian and Jewish people doing best generally in education and careers.
