But we do need feminism to fight the institutional power structures that continue to keep women less than equal to men in job advancement and overall rights. There absolutely are strong women, but strong black people don’t mean institutional racism doesn’t exist.

Wasn't the opposite found to be true? Blind studies disadvantaged women, not advantaged them? Where is the evidence of this? You realise women dominate many fields?

Blind recruitment processes have greatly benefited many industries in achieving better gender parity, which decades of research has monitored. Some industries do have existing diversity practices that are countered by blindness, which is why horizontal studies are so important.

It’s tiring because I’ve given plenty of refs to Dr. Soh in the past. She ignores because she has an agenda and has built a brand identity pretending the research doesn’t exist. But I could point tohttps://link.springer.com/article/10.1023%2FA%3A1018839203698?LI=true …

Or any of hundreds of research papers over decades on this. But you, like Dr. Soh, have reached conclusions without actually reading the literature, so why would I expect the literature is important to you now? Scientists read research before giving opinions.
