But we do need feminism to fight the institutional power structures that continue to keep women less than equal to men in job advancement and overall rights. There absolutely are strong women, but strong black people don’t mean institutional racism doesn’t exist.

Nope. Across GDP and industries, these studies have been validated decade after decade, and meta-analyses confirm the trends on all of these. This is science. Yes, some fields are dominated by women - these are lesser paying fields and a fraction of GDP.

In fact, the existence of vertical stratification causes horizontal stratification. Women leave fields like finance and engineering where bias is strongest because they cannot get ahead as easily as male peers. This causality also confirmed in studies.
