Nope. Across GDP and industries, these studies have been validated decade after decade, and meta-analyses confirm the trends on all of these. This is science. Yes, some fields are dominated by women - these are lesser paying fields and a fraction of GDP.

In fact, the existence of vertical stratification causes horizontal stratification. Women leave fields like finance and engineering where bias is strongest because they cannot get ahead as easily as male peers. This causality also confirmed in studies.

Show me.

I'm sure we can both find studies where women say contradictory things. So much depends what you're looking for & how you interpret it. Eg, prominent scientists saying no sexism proves entrenched sexism.https://twitter.com/hpluckrose/status/825828435683581953 …

Blind recruitment processes have greatly benefited many industries in achieving better gender parity, which decades of research has monitored. Some industries do have existing diversity practices that are countered by blindness, which is why horizontal studies are so important.

You're just making assertions and I need to sleep now.

It’s tiring because I’ve given plenty of refs to Dr. Soh in the past. She ignores because she has an agenda and has built a brand identity pretending the research doesn’t exist. But I could point tohttps://link.springer.com/article/10.1023%2FA%3A1018839203698?LI=true …
