But we do need feminism to fight the institutional power structures that continue to keep women less than equal to men in job advancement and overall rights. There absolutely are strong women, but strong black people don’t mean institutional racism doesn’t exist.

You continue to deny, against all the scientific evidence of decades of research, that institutional bias does not exist, yet you portray yourself as an advocate of science. There are strong women because people like you exist that make their existence hard.

There is bias. It privileges men in some ways and women in others. I'm less likely to get a lengthy prison sentence than a man for same crime, more likely to go to uni, more likely to keep my kids in a divorce, less likely to get called up for war, be homeless or commit suicide.

Men are less likely to be expected to take time off work when kids are sick, likely to do less housework, less likely to be judged on their beauty or their sexual history, less likely to be sexually assaulted (outside prison). We can work on all of these tho some are choices.
