Where? Of the one billion circumcised men, you would think that one or two of them might complain, if there was a problem, wouldn’t you?

I'd oppose piercing the ears of babies who can't have the matter explained to them or speak to give consent. By the same token, if men want to get circumcised (or do any other body modification) as adults then that's up to them.

Not to mention there is opposition to ear piercing (usually on religious grounds, citing passages which condemn body modification), so the comparison falls apart anyway.
