Hey Twitter, I got very fat after a stroke which disabled me & required me to take meds which made me permanently ravenous. I've lost 34 lbs since coming off them, but now I need to really focus on getting back to normal. I can do this. I will post my progress even Friday.

Hold me accountable, tweeps. I was always slim but right now I'm morbidly obese & need to fix this. I will now do so. Encourage me & if I don't report weight-loss one Friday, demand an explanation. I must do this,

Can you do a low-no carbs diet? It's the easiest way if you can handle it health wise.

Not for very long. It makes me miserable. I do best eating a wide variety of foods but fewer calories.

Very high fibre & water will help with satiation. Chewing gum can also be helpful (to replace random munching).

You’ll figure out what works best for you, though.

Also, boxing up half your meals helps. Even if you eat it a half hour later, it helps. The key to losing weight, imo, is food procrastination.

I'm best off just having a set menu.
