Tweeps, I'm setting up a forum for women opposed to the disempowerment of women & demonisation of men. The website-developer who is kindly helping me with this has asked me to look at a number of forums & get an idea of what kind I want. I don't use forums. Can you suggest some?

I think it's very important a significant number of women are seen to oppose the narrative which makes us fragile & incompetent to function in the public sphere & demonises those of our family, friends, lovers & colleagues who own penises.

You just know it's going to have lots of trans-women joining... Enjoy that ;-)
-
I hope so. Trans women who oppose this shit have a powerful voice in the current dynamic.

Somehow, I think you'll find the trans-women who perpetuate the crap will try to mob you... Make sure you have good bouncers ready...
-
Possibly. I will have an 'about us' and a 'rules' post and evict people who don't fit the aims of the group or don't keep to the rules.

You're more likely to find a better match in the transexual women camp. Good luck anyway.

Based on what I've seen at WAF, both feminists and ultra-tradcons are the two groups who will try to infiltrate and destroy intelligent, logical discussion.

Women Against Feminism struggled with this at first, but decided to include men and I think it turned out to be a perfect counterbalance against sexist Feminist groups that typically exclude the male voice.
