I'd have ignored it if it were remotely possible but I was cold & shaky and unable to string a sentence together. Felt really weird.

Sounds like a combination of jet lag, lack of sleep and crashing after the adrenaline rush of giving the talk. Hot tea with extra sugar and something to eat?
