Good luck. One thing that works for me with major time zone shifts is to accept what my body wants to do, e.g. go to bed at 7, get up at 3.

Try the coffee nap. Drink coffee. Lie down and relax for 20 mins (doesn't matter if you don't actually sleep). Wake up & drink another coffee.
