Doing a programming course, and like every other programming course I've done, I find it almost trivial and the other students complain that it's too difficult. The benefits of being very literal minded. Maybe the only benefit.

I know that sounds like bragging, but programming talent fascinates me. Why is it that some people can just 'get' programming? I'm sure it's innate, and I don't take any credit for having talent in that area.

If you find out why, let me know. Lucy just gets it too and is incredulous that anyone can find it hard.

Right. When you have that talent it just seems kinda trivial and you don't really understand why everyone can't do it.

TBH, it doesn't even particularly interest me. It's just programming. I don't obsess about it or think about it much when I'm not doing it.

That's what Lucy says too. It's not interesting, just easy.
