Simple ideas but it's important to slow it down and do so, for the long term. So I'm not a fan of anyone who simplifies the complex.

We can have discussions. We need to know what we are discussing tho. This problem of term shift exists and if it continues to be applied to sexual crimes & misbehaviour, victims will lose credibility & men will face baseless witch-hunts.

Is that really happening though? Yes currently much discussion about rape and forms of harassment but not seeing the terms changing meaning.

Apparently 28% of young people think a wink is sexual harassment and a stare can be rape. http://www.titleixforall.com/goshen-college-declares-all-male-students-who-stare-at-women-are-rapists/ …

They think it 'is', or that it 'could be' on be in certain circumstances?

I mean like someone does something overtly creepy, then keeps winking at you through out the day at work type scenario.

That's the radfems, yes. The intersectionals are just blurring things. One minute talking abt an unwanted proposition. Next minute it's rape culture. Then talking about rape. All in the same breath.

I still learn a lot from all these ideas and as long as no one is being forced, we need to treat these ideas as lifestyle choices.

There is logical fallacy to these ideas and because of that, it can't be how everyone lives, which is some of the issues with progressives

I think people overreact to ideas and they use fear to move people, and it becomes a hot mess. In the end, the law needs to protect ppl

From specific kinds of harm and we need to decide what harm that is. Cat calling? No. Rape, physical force/violation of someone's body, yes.

And we can discuss in length that reasoning but assuming everyone understands that reasoning is our greatest flaw.
