If that student kept quiet about that subject then yes, they would be able to. Should non-white professors treat racist students the same as non-racist, yes, as long as the student keeps quiet and isn't disruptive about it.

You are conflating two very different things, and that's dishonest, homosexuals/trans/non-white people are that way because of some factor in biology. They cannot just change it, it is NOT equivalent to belief, it is part of who they are.

I believe expression of beliefs and values should be as unconstrained as expression of sexuality. Religious freedom is important as is freedom of speech. It's always minorities who lose when one acceptable view is mandated.

Indeed. In fact, the idea that it is acceptable for society to suppress unpopular opinions is why gay, trans, and others historically had such a hard time.
